SKILLS PROGRAMME
A skills program is a collection of unit standards that have been brought together or merged to create a brief program that is accredited by the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
Why Skills Programme?
In order to suit the needs of the employer and improve employees’ understanding of a specific talent, skill development programs are frequently developed. When a student is motivated to finish the remaining unit requirements, their skills program can result in a qualification. A company with accreditation provides training.
A Statement of Results is given to trainees at the conclusion of the program. Employers undertake skills programs for both working and unemployed learners, similar to learnerships.
Who participates in a learnership?
A learnership involves three main parties:
- The trainees
- The training provider/s
- The employer/s
